• You agree that the Personal Data information provided is true and accurate in accordance with the actual circumstances, and you will also safeguard your Personal Data and grant permission to MCP to store and manage your Personal Data.

• MCP is responsible for managing Personal Data by implementing security measures to ensure that personal data cannot be accessed by unauthorized parties and will not disclose personal data to any unauthorized party, except to Government Authorities in relation to investigations accompanied by an official written request.

• MCP collects data including Full Name, Company Name, Email, Full Address, Company Tax ID (NPWP), and Phone Number for use as user or consumer data.

• You agree that we may use your Personal Data to provide information related to promotions and services that you use.

• Users can view and update their personal data through the profile menu provided.

• MCP does not delete Personal Data automatically, and Users may request data deletion via the email registered with our service.

• The retention period or storage of Personal Data is indefinite or until the user requests data deletion.

• In the event of a data breach involving personal data, MCP will inform the affected user.

• You agree that MCP is released from all legal liability related to your Personal Data and will not undergo legal proceedings in connection with your Personal Data.
